Commercial landscapers divide their companies into 2 sections: new construction and redesign/restoration. For new construction we are typically presented with plans by either a landscape architect or a G.C. When handling a landscape restoration project we are also presented with plans. Many times a property has been cited by the local city inspector and are now required to bring the property up to specified standards. We go over these plans in detail to understand the full scope of the project. By doing these we can ascertain the skilled labor, equipment and material needed for us to provide excellent service at a competitive price.
Resources: Material availability is an issue for many commercial landscaping companies that why several years ago we purchased a plant nursery here in Broward County. On our nursery we stock the majority of the A grade materials required to meet the specs outlined in most plans. If we don’t a specific material in site our office staff is highly experienced in locating practically anything.
Logistics: We very familiar and have become fluent in the art of managing all the moving parts required to complete a large landscaping project on time, on budget and done right. Whether it’s material delivery, skilled labor availability or specialized equipment – we’ll handle it.

At a recent project in Pompano Beach we had to perform a week of clean-up to clear overgrown trees, vines and shrubs. Next we trimmed all other existing hardwood trees. We filled dump-trucks with the debris and hauled it to our dumping site. Next we leveled the ground with bobcats and laid down yards of soil before we could install new Saint Augustine grass. Next we dug the holes with heavy equipment so we could install 85 palms that were of specified by the inspector. Lastly we installed smaller standard plants, a 200 foot Clusia hedge, ground-cover plants and mulch and rock.
This was all performed by our 6 men crew. The project took over a month to complete with stoppage time to meet with city inspectors and other projects managers involved.
